The Director of Growth & Product Analytics will play a key role in building the industry leading and state of the art Growth and Marketing organization and designing the end to end Moogsoft customer journey. This role will lead the strategy to build a product-led scaled customer journey powered by a central data engine, utilizing firmographic, product, marketing, and sales data insights to architect the ideal end user experience. Leading a critical pillar in our analytics efforts, they will partner directly with our product, marketing, and sales teams to surface key insights and devise strategies that drive business growth. This position requires a driven self-starter who is able to work with senior leadership comfortably, initiates tasks from start to finish, and someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.

You will...

• Define and forecast on key metrics, digging into deliver critical insights that drive the executive team and business forward
• Build a deep understanding of user behaviors and use predictive modeling to build a data-driven customer journey for self-serve adoption, conversion, retention, and referral
• Drive insights connecting marketing, product, and sales data to help uncover ways to drive revenue and pipeline
• Lead experimentation by providing guidance on the experiments that should be run, how they should be run, and evaluating the impact on our key metrics
• Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture with your passion for telling stories with data
• Build an analytic framework to understand user engagement and how product initiatives impact engagement and growth
• Working with engineering, document and communicate requirements for data infrastructure and ETL processes to make product analytics accurate and efficient

You Have...

• Experience building a scaled, automated customer journey based on data and customer insights
• 5 to 10 years of experience and evidence of growing scope and influence, with a background in some combination of marketing, growth, product and/or web analytics
• Experience with A/B testing; cohort rollout monitoring
• Fluent in SQL and DBT and BI Tools like Looker; Python or R a plusStrong problem solving and strategic thinking skills
• Experience with SaaS businesses
• Experience with Data instrumentation

Bonus Points for:

• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools like SciPy/NumPy and/or R
