The Role Operations Technicians are a critical part of our Home Onboarding team, working diligently to turn empty houses into beautiful and stylish Zeus homes. We are looking for a technician to join our Miami team. As an Operations Technician, you will meet with owners to pick up keys, thoroughly inspect properties to ensure they are up to Zeus standards (and do occasional repairs), and stage the home. This role will require some heavy lifting and driving to properties and stores.

What You'll Do

• Be Zeus’ “eyes” on each new property by conducting the initial inspection, staging the home according to the design plan, and conducting minor repairs to ensure the home is ready for resident move-in.
• Utilize Zeus’ mobile application to track your daily schedule, close tasks, and document home information
• Provide frequent and thorough progress updates to your manager and other Zeus teams
• Interact with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner
• Stage entire homes, including furniture assembly, hanging artwork, mounting televisions, and organizing kitchen and home goods
• Problem solve in-home issues with the assistance of your manager, the Zeus maintenance team, and if needed, the homeowner
• Manage and inventory our storage units, while running daily maintenance tasks for our maintenance and quality teams

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail, from catching issues in an inspection to ensuring design plans are followed exactly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Whether things are going right or wrong, over-communication is vital in this role so that your manager and team members can assist
• An ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Previous home staging and/or home maintenance experience is a plus
• Reliable automobile transportation (preferably a large car or van)
• A valid Florida Driver’s License
• Automobile insurance
• A smartphone to complete daily tasks

*For cash compensation, we set our estimate ranges for all roles based on function and level using San Francisco rates, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies.
