About the Role

We are looking for a QA analyst to work on the next generation of innovative web applications. This role is focused on testing web applications on mobile devices for, Web, Android, and iOS client platforms. This position requires a self-motivated and dynamic individual with strong technical and communication skills who can contribute to a team environment. Our team practices agile, fast-paced development that relies heavily on a tight relationship between Engineering and QA. The ideal candidate enjoys working to identify difficult problems, triaging their source and scope, and communicating closely across engineering teams to drive resolution. This individual wants to make great software and cares about getting the little details right. The candidate is expected to have the ability to design, create, and run test plans and the ability to take part in cross-functional collaboration with development, client, and server teams, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

You will report to the Sr. Director of Digital Experience.

Things you will do:

  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate with other team members testing activities
  • Execute test cases and test cycles for each new release
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track software defects
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like open defect counts and defect densities
  • Support Customer UAT and triage issues originating from Customer or support channels
  • Liaise and support other internal teams (other client or server teams, developers, Product Owners, etc.)
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
  • Develop QA Best Practices and enhance existing test processes and reporting

What you already bring to the table:

  • 10+ years of product testing experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional training in Computer Science – Web Development
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodology.
  • Experience with Web Client tools for taking logs and crash reports
  • Experience in performance and benchmark testing of Web Applications.
  • Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Git, Eclipse, or IntelliJ.
  • Experience working with in-house creatives studio teams or agencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, metrics, and deadline-driven.
  • Passion for learning and implementing new tools
  • Experience in B2B/SaaS marketing
