In partnership with Piloto Asia Pte Ltd, we are hiring an APAC Partnerships Lead in Singapore to join our global partnerships team. We are looking for an exceptional leader with MarTech industry experience who has been directly involved in scaling a partner ecosystem in the region. You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing a diverse and high-performing partner network in APAC, representing OneSignal externally to partners and C-level counterparts, and working cross-functionally across our global organization. This will be our first partnership hire in our Singapore office, and you will help shape our partner ecosystem throughout APAC. You will work closely with our APAC GTM team to grow OneSignal in the region.
In a typical month, the Partnerships Lead might:
- Research, source, and analyze new partnership opportunities across APAC, with an immediate focus on Japan & Korea
- Develop and manage comprehensive GTM plans with our partners, which manifest in quality net-new business pipeline
- Build relationships with partner executives to align on strategy and grow OneSignal’s sphere of influence inside the partner
- Collaborate with our partners on co-marketing activities such as events, webinars, podcasts, etc
- Oversee the identification, negotiation, and execution of partnership opportunities and commercial discussions to enable our financial capabilities
- Create channel sales playbooks and train channel partners on articulating the value proposition and story of OneSignal
- Support the sales cycle alongside our sales teams, from prospecting to deal close, in collaboration with our channel partners
- Track pipeline metrics and maintain dashboards that communicate the effectiveness of channel distribution with our partners
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years of experience in similar capacity, including; Partner management, business development, and channel sales
- Proven success building and growing partnerships in APAC with large organizations, with knowledge of OEM, Distribution, or Product Partner models
- Strong network in APAC across digital agencies, consultants, and VARs
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate at all levels of the organization
- Experience building and analyzing partnership business cases and financial modeling to size up opportunities
- Technologically fluent; can confidently speak about SDKs, APIs, and mobile technology
- Fluent in English with Korean or Japanese being a bonus
