Harry’s Inc. started in 2013 with a specific goal: disrupt the shaving industry by creating an innovative, everyday product at a fair price. Harry’s is operating as a hybrid-first environment - for us, that means that we ask folks to come into our beautiful, 88,000 square foot SoHo office a minimum of 2 days per week, with flexibility to choose exactly which days work best for you. What will you get out of that? Bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday. The Sr. Manager of Sales, Shave will be an important role leading our Walmart retail partnership across our family of omni-channel, CPG brands (Harry’s and Flamingo). This role will have a direct impact on the company’s future growth as they will continue to build scale and significantly broaden the awareness for our brands. For this role, we are looking for an experienced and well rounded customer development leader – one who understands the Walmart customer needs and requirements, while translating and implementing the Harry’s vision in retail formats. As this role works across almost all Harry’s Inc. functions (Brand, Insights, Analytics, Replenishment, Distribution, Planning, etc.), we need a teammate who can collaborate across functions, develop strategies, and effectively communicate across teams to enable partner functions to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role also requires strong organizational skills, analytical capabilities, and a continuous improvement attitude.
The Retail Sales organization is a critical function that drives Harry’s Inc. omni-channel strategy and growth with our mass market and specialty retail partners. The Retail Sales organization is responsible for all customer development activities at each retailer, encouraging relationships across all functions – merchandising, marketing, store operations, supply chain, and omnichannel development.
