About the Team

We do. We love seeing certain numbers grow: the amount of people creating typeforms, the percentage of those people who become successful and stick around, and our MRR (who doesn’t love MRR?).

And we love adding great people to our staff. Right now our Finance team is looking for a Junior Accountant.

The Role

• Register vendor invoices
• Generate payments
• E-filing
• Correspond with internal and external stakeholders; periodically produce reports for them
• Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts
• Assist with system implementation
• Participate in miscellaneous projects

Here’s what we’re after:

• You are customer-centric, highly organized, trustworthy, inquisitive, and hard-working
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Experience with Tipalti, Netsuite, Zoho, and Salesforce is ideal
• You're a quick learner who seeks learning opportunities and takes initiative
• You work effectively with diverse groups of people
• You have a “can-do” attitude, take an analytical approach to solving problems, and know how to prioritize responsibilities
• You’re great with Excel
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving

These things aren’t essential, but they’ll help you hit the high score:

• You’ve worked in a start-up/ growth stage company in a similar role
• You know the difference between a shiba-inu and an akita-inu (we like dogs)
