Job overview:
We are seeking a postdoctoral fellow or junior PhD with strong statistical and writing skills to join the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team. Areas of concentration for this position include but are not limited to designing and executing statistical analyses for retrospective cohort studies examining Omada’s commercial datasets, evaluating the economic impact of our programs by analyzing claims data, and contributing to peer-reviewed manuscripts associated with those analyses. Other areas of responsibility may include drafting IRB documents and study protocols for randomized controlled trials. You will collaborate closely with and receive mentorship from members of the HEOR team, including the Senior Director, Principal Economist, and Senior Clinical Research Analyst. You will also receive an annual stipend to support additional learning and research training opportunities.
About you:
You are a recent (within 2 years) graduate of a PhD program in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or another related statistics or data science oriented discipline. You have the skills and experiences necessary to conduct data analyses independently or with minimal supervision and contribute as a co-author to the goals of this limited-term (1-2 year) position.

The goals of this position are critical to the current goals of the Health Economics and Outcomes Research team, which feed into the overall goals of Omada to demonstrate the effectiveness of its commercial products.
