Job Description
- Organize and maintain proper HR records including HRIS database
- Flexi benefits tracking & administration
- Track all types of allowances & deductions for payroll
- Maintain & update ESPP deduction
- Coordinate RSU tax computation with two outsourced providers
- Assist payroll team by providing relevant payroll-related information
- Track & validate timesheet for interns & contractors
- Answer employees queries
- Other HR administrative duties as assigned
- Participate in HR projects as required
