How you will make an impact:

As a Director on Iterable’s Operations team, you will play a key role in enabling various organizational initiatives. You will lead a team of embedded Operations personnel to develop and execute a strategy for various departments (sales, marketing, business development, etc.).

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Collaborate with colleagues, external partners, and other stakeholders to design a secure and usable data warehouse that supports the organization's vision.
• Lead the development of the data warehouse and continuously evaluate effectiveness in meeting the organization’s business intelligence outcomes and adjust design, architecture, approach, etc., as necessary.
• Develop and manage data quality and remediation efforts, in addition to required data maintenance activities.
• Assist in producing analytics and business intelligence solutions such as reports, dashboards, and apps as needed.
• Constantly evaluate competency gaps and/or needs across organizations and teams and develop plans to address gaps/needs.
• Develop processes, controls, and monitoring to ensure documentation of data processes, controls, assets, etc.
• Effectively communicate and demonstrate the strategic goals and tactical benefits of applied data.
• Develop strategies, programs, etc., to support long-term success of Iterable’s Data Analytics and Business Intelligence investments.
• Work directly with C-Level executives to understand Iterable through data and build strategy based on data insights

We are looking for people who have:

• Previous leadership and management experience in SaaS
• Understanding of Business Insights tool infrastructure
• Ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally
• Sisense, Snowflake, Segment development experience
• Ability to foresee the needs of department and company level data
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization
• Understanding of Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product and People data

Bonus points:

• Experience implementing Sisense and Snowflake
• Experience with building BI team
• Experience managing data pipeline

We’re rethinking traditional workplace planning and looking to strengthen belonging, innovation, productivity, and happiness whether it’s in an office, from home, or a hybrid of the two. As such, we've moved to a single geographical compensation band for all of our employees (the San Francisco Bay Area market for the US, London for the UK).

For Colorado-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $161,700/year. The compensation package includes equity, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial and other benefits. Additionally, perks such as daily paid lunches and generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others, are included.
