About the role and about You:

Zwift is seeking a motivated technical program manager to contribute to the implementation of new technology systems for our Community Support team. In this role, your duties will include overseeing multiple complex technical projects and managing cross-functional teams. To ensure success as a technical program manager, you should exhibit strong leadership skills, extensive experience in IT program management, and expertise in the support industry with omnichannel contact management tools and CRM platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Planning and managing technical projects including system implementations, system integrations, and software selections.
• Drive project execution from scoping and vendor selection through delivery. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the allotted budget.
• Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit.
• Keep the project teams on task by leading recurring project status meetings.
• Regular reporting of program updates to the senior leadership team to ensure visibility and alignment.
• Lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts with internal teams and external partners.
• Socialize ideas, make recommendations, develop plans, and gather consensus to move forward.
• Maintain a quarterly view of defined, prioritized, and scoped work for the Community Support technology roadmap.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience managing/delivering business technology projects
• Technical experience in multiple support tools, channels, and models. Omnichannel contact management tool experience is important and general CRM platform experience will be needed as we mature our system landscape.
• Knowledge of the support industry so that you can empathize with the needs of Zwift’s Community Support organization.
• Strong business and technical vision. Ability to quickly understand the current state of Zwift’s Community Support technology and inform its evolution based on your familiarity with emerging trends.
• Experience providing project management frameworks to organize teams for success.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, and thrives in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the desire and ability to communicate with business leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Strive for continuous improvement.
• Sound business acumen and an informed framework to prioritize tasks as needed
