Through partnership and alignment with the Customer team, Sales, Product and Marketing, we develop world-class data-driven customer programs that lead to better experience, increase customer engagement, celebration, expansion and ultimately retention.

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to learn individual who is eager to dive in, learn quickly, and make an impact on a fast-paced, agile team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the team by executing key loyalty campaigns across various marketing channel ( direct mail, event, email, paid ads) and in partnership with Content, creative, demand Gen and Mops. These campaigns include:
    • Thanksgiving campaign to launch in November
    • End of year campaign to launch in January
    • Customer Award Event to launch in January
    • Welcome kit and appreciation programs
    • The intern will own the relationship with our vendors.
  • Report on key KPIs and campaign performance
  • Project manage the team’s expansion and loyalty initiatives in Asana, i.e create campaign boards and tasks in Asana, assign tasks to the right team members, ensure that projects move along and stay on track

About you and what type of skills you’ll need:

  • You’re pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • You have 1-2 years of marketing experience - internships and coursework are fine
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You’re a proactive problem-solver
  • You have excellent time management skills, with a sharp focus on your goals and accountability for daily, weekly and monthly activities to achieve them
  • You’re curious about learning new things and confident to share what you know with others
  • Familiarity with martech platforms similar to Drift, WordPress, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, 6sense, or MetaData is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus

For Colorado residents: The base range for this role’s listed level is currently $20 hourly for Colorado residents only. Through a review of equity with other team members, market data, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant, the level and salary ranges may change. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at a percentage of the base salary. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
