Associate HR Business Partner

This position exists to help drive the company’s success with its people by deliberately managing our employee experience and being a support partner to our Lead/Sr. HRBPs and business leaders. The role is focused on three main areas:

  1. Partnerships: direct contact with low scope/complex client groups and serves as point of contact for leadership layers within more complex functions as a support to the Lead HRBP. This includes providing guidance and advice for all employee lifecycle activities.
  2. HR Support: assists with business process management via the HCM, ensures information and data accuracy in our systems and assists pulling together reports and analytics for Lead/Sr. HRBPs.
  3. Key Projects: leads special projects for the HRBP team, supports people team design and delivery of programs, including sharing feedback and relevancy.

The Associate HR Business Partner works closely with Lead/Sr. HRBP and their business leaders and employees, providing coaching and driving strategic talent priorities, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness/performance, and change management initiatives. This role is hands-on providing guidance and recommendations related to the employee lifecycle.

This role contributes to company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting to leaders on people and organization effectiveness strategies in support of our business objectives. This role will support the Lead/Sr. HRBPs and will take on responsibilities with low complexity client groups. This role will carry out responsibilities by partnering with subject matter experts in the COEs.

Hudl has a flexible location policy. We'd prefer this person be located in Nebraska within commuting distance of our two offices, Omaha and Lincoln HQ.

You are

  • Be a trusted partner. You will serve as a partner to our internal HRBP team, helping to remove obstacles and tasks, as well as, help to advise and guide smaller units and differing layers of leadership.
