BCGDV is partnering with a global financial institution to build a new digital investment product, set to disrupt financial services. The proposition will see a differentiating set of investment products, bundled with real-time access to investment experts, setting clients on a path to financial freedom.

Backed by a long-standing player in the market, the start-up will tap into a currently underserved segment and reimagine how investments are done. To support the launch, we are on the lookout for a founding team of entrepreneurial-minded professionals who will shape the future of this game-changing venture.

As a part of our founding team, we are looking for a Product Owner who will shape and continually optimise a selection of our products. If you are willing to roll up your sleeves and build the best-in-class experiences for our customers, read on!

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• As a product owner, your focus is on the creation of added value for our customer and the bank. Your responsibility is the successful and sustainable delivery of your product in collaboration with your agile team and relevant stakeholder groups.
• Taking into account strategic goals, customer requirements and technological developments, you always have the big picture in mind. You drive product vision and roadmap, and keep track of deliverables through day-to-day coordination and prioritization.
• As a servant leader, you empower your team to work independently and support their professional growth. You always have the well-being of the group in mind and actively develop an environment in which open communication, reliability and joint achievement of goals are lived as core values.

What You’ll Need:

• You are a proactive team player with experience in an agile environment, ideally already as a product owner or scrum master.
• You bring can-do mentality and entrepreneurial instinct to the table. You face challenges in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner.
• You come with experience in project management. Your analytical and structured way of working gives you a holistic view of things.
• You have already gained some leadership experience, ideally in an interdisciplinary, international setup.
• You communicate fluently in German and English - both written and spoken.
