Job Description
The Role of Activity Management Leader ensures successful delivery of the activities to the German Market according to the QuEST governance practices as part of the S&OP+ backbone process in connection with the regional activity management team and with the Market activity owners. The AM also facilitates and copilots PMR step to ensure adherence to the S&OP+ process in a timely and effective manner. At the same time, AM leads continuous improvements by introducing the digital transformational tools, simplifying ways of working and augmenting the capabilities of the process participants.
What are we looking for?
- At least 3-4 years of professional experience in supply or marketing
- Fluent in English and German language is an asset
- Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Motivation to work in collaborative setting and to inspire teams
What will be your key responsibilities?
Activity Project Administration
- Support activity owners (Portfolio Team members) in preparation of project proposal
- Engages remotely relevant European Activity Managers and functional experts contributing to activity development
Local Activity Management
- Leads cross-functional project team, coordinates sub-teams
- Ensures project execution according to agreed objectives and internal best practices
- Leads exhaustive risk and opportunity management
Co-Pilot Market PMR
- Prepares and facilitates the market PMR (incl. high quality inputs & outputs)
- Ensures KPI tracking in line with regional S&OP+ mandate
- Continuously improves the market PMR relevant processes, tools and ways of working in strong collaboration with other local and regional PMR co-pilots.
Co-Pilot Pipeline Sufficiency Plan
- Administrates and facilitates PSP reviews with Category Team
- Ensures coordination and synchronization of local & regional PSP workstream
Business operations & quality support
- Monitor all non-Market Logistics quality KPIs: finished product stocks & valorization, packaging obsoletes, customer penalties, right first-time activity delivery, in store freshness, non-salable returns, consumer care indexes, sales force escalations of product design/ergonomic issues,
- Manage Root Cause Analysis and identify Corrective and Preventive Actions to implement and deploy
