I. Education, Experience, and Skills: Possesses a Masters Degree, over 10 years’ experience as a special operations aviator, para-rescue specialist, or combat controller. Extensive experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings and working with Microsoft products.

II. Special Qualifications: Possesses over 20 years of military experience in leading small to medium size organizations as well as organizational development skills. Five or more years’ experience managing operations, maintenance, and logistics of deployed aircraft. Five or more years’ experience managing PR/CASEVAC services. Five or more years’ experience managing PR/CASEVAC services for SOF within the last eight years. Extensive training and education in emergency and crisis management as well as cross-cultural communications. Possesses an active Secret clearance at a minimum as well as current or previous qualification for weapons. Nationally Registered Paramedic certification highly desired.

III. Scope of Work: Provides subject matter expertise on the preparation and response to PR/CASEVAC or related service proposals to the U.S. government or other contracting entities on behalf of Leidos. Efforts will support the current AFRICOM PRESS opportunity (FEDSIM Proposal) and any derivatives that may develop because of this effort. Work will include preparing slides, written, and oral presentations to be included in the proposal submission process. Direct report to the ASO Lead Capture Manager on behalf of the VP for Business Development with support to QRC Division Manager.

IV. Specific Tasks:

Serve as a SME and advise proposal team on technical aspects of PR/CASEVAC.

Advise PRESS proposal team on methodologies to integrate with the USAFRICOM Warfighter Recovery Network.

Advise proposal team on potential solutions for innovation for COCO PR/CASEVAC.

Participate as a member of the PRESS Proposal team and prepare and present slides.

Participate as a SME for any future PR/CASEVAC opportunities in preparation of Leidos’ response to sources sought, request for proposals, etc.
