You will be part of a fast-paced production team that reviews millions of documents monthly and is responsible for their quality. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Content Operations in Production. Project requirements vary widely and Content Production Associates are accountable to be familiar with frequently changing specifications and instructions. Those responsible for Quality Assurance must have strong personal standards of dedication and accountability for their work while at the same time having the confidence to make decisions and judgment calls based on established directives. This opportunity requires you to work from 4:00 PM-12:00 AM MDT in the office and, as such, is not a remote or work-from-home opportunity.

What You Will Do:

    • You will scan 100 and 1000 foot film and create digital images.
    • You will process and complete quality audits on all film scanned.
    • You will perform basic image enhancements.
    • You will troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and image quality.
    • You will process Fold3 and Newspaper content through in-house software tools.
    • You will digitize physical newspapers and books using digital cameras.
    • You will troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.

Secondary job responsibilities:

    • You will be expected to cross train in other job capacities, including:
    • Data transfer of digital content scanned overseas.
    • Quality audits of processed images.
    • Keying audits of work performed by overseas vendors.
    • Learning how to assign correct titles to newspaper editions.
    • Processing various Fold3 and Data Labeling projects.

Who You Are:

    • You have a High School Diploma/GED.
    • You can pick up new technical/computer tasks easily and quickly.
    • You keep an optimistic attitude, and can remain engaged while working on repetitive tasks.
    • You are experienced in communicating both verbally and in written format.
    • You have basic problem-solving skills.
    • You can type 40-50+ wpm.
    • You work well individually and can self-manage, in addition to being a contributing member of a team.
    • You show great care for detail while overseeing multiple tasks.
    • You have moderate computer skills, with an emphasis on Office Suite.
    • You have previous scanning experience or digital image editing.
