Bosch Security Systems B.V. is a global supplier of products and systems for security and communication. We are active in the fields of on-site Communication and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), public address systems, conference systems, social alarms and burglary- and fire alarms. Currently, we are looking for Logistics Specialist (Regional Order Fulfilment) who is strongly analytical and keen on crunching data.

Job Description

In this role, you will be in the middle of the dynamic environment, working closely with the internal sales and marketing, customer service, planners and logistics department. As a specialist you are in contact with many stakeholders within our Eindhoven HQ or other international Bosch sites. You are responsible for managing the Business Unit orders including outbound management and coordinating these with the EMEA warehouse. In this role you further can expect a broad variation of responsibilities, like:

  • Creating software licenses for our customers’ orders;
  • Being responsible for managing the stock availability and lead time request;
  • Coordinating and prioritizing urgent orders for the EMEA region;
  • Supporting in the process of commercial customer returns;
  • Providing third level support to our Sales Customer Service, answering and solving complex questions related to order management processes and systems;
  • Initiating and supporting process improvements to drive regional excellence.

Qualifications

Must have's:

  • You have a Bachelor degree in the area of Logistics, Business Administrations, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a closely related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Logistics and/or order management;
  • You have proven analytical skills;
  • Fluent in English language skills (verbal and written).

Nice to have's:

  • Experience in PowerBi or other data analytics software;
  • Experience in working within big companies;
  • Experience in Excel, SAP & CRM platforms.
