About This Role: As Paid Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for driving Confluent’s paid social performance campaigns to meet defined marketing KPIs and support continued business growth. You are our ideal candidate if you have a proven track record in B2B SaaS advertising, including strategy, creative direction, execution, and reporting.
What You Will Do:
- Own growth across digital acquisition channels such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and more.
- Drive lead growth across key acquisition channels through campaign creation, analysis, and optimization of the full-funnel experience.
- Work cross-functionally with design and content teams to create and test new ad units.
- Determine the best ways to target various audiences and lifecycle stages in order to achieve full-funnel results, not just leads.
- Design and implement effective marketing experiments.
- Analyze and communicate results on a weekly or monthly basis, learn from what doesn’t work, and further optimize and scale what does work.
- Work with our web developers to implement tests and best practices.
- Report on the impact on awareness and revenue, develop forecasts, and set media budgets.
- Care deeply about the quality of your work and how it impacts our brand. We move quickly, but we bring care and thoughtfulness to everything we do.
- Think relentlessly about how our digital marketing program can be more effective.
What You Will Bring:
- Hands-on experience optimizing ads within a B2B SaaS context.
- 5 years experience, with minimum 3+ years in paid display and social, running campaigns across Facebook, and LinkedIn. Google experience is a plus.
- Deep channel experience in one or more common ad networks; Facebook, Linkedin, and YouTube.
- Experience owning full-funnel digital campaign reporting.
- Understanding of marketing analytics platforms, tracking, tag management, and pixel implementation.
- Have strong quantitative skills and are highly data fluent, you are great at distilling complex analyses into easy-to-consume business insights.
- A sensitivity for branding and how each interaction impacts customer perception.
- You can think big picture on strategy, dive into the weeds of execution, and catch the small details that make the end result world-class.
At Confluent, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including work history, education, professional experience and location. This position has an annual estimated salary of $99,500 - $109,850 USD, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
