About the role The Leadership Team provides Revolut with the vision, the drive, and the direction to continue its rapid growth and development. From risk, to finance, to people, the leadership team is our C-suite level grouping that sets the tone and agenda for all areas of the business and is comprised of some of the brightest and most successful people in the business. We're looking for an Independent Non Executive Director to provide guidance and advice to the Executive Team around the strategy and roadmap for the development of Revolut. Up for the challenge? Let's get in touch \uD83D\uDC47 What you’ll be doing • Providing guidance and advice to the Executive Team around the strategy and roadmap for the development of Revolut Bank UAB • Providing insights and recommendations as to the key enablers for the future success of Revolut, including its approach to securing relevant authorisations and licences supporting its feature build out • Acting as a sounding Board for the Executive Team for key strategic, risk and compliance issues, including key regulatory interactions • Providing advice as to the development of a governance and risk management framework for the Company that is fit for purpose for a prudentially regulated entity • Providing introductions to potential partners, prospective team members or additional Advisory Committee or Board members, through the Advisor’s overall network of business contacts • Attending bi-monthly meetings (whether in person or via video conference) with the Executive Team • Between bi-monthly meetings, interacting with members of the Executive Team on areas of particular subject matter expertise and providing mentorship or counsel to members of the Executive Team • Reviewing and responding to requests from the Executive Team for insights, advice or recommendations on matters relevant to the general roles and responsibilities What you'll need • 7+ years of experience in a domain area (e.g. Risk & Compliance, Banking, Technology) • Experience of working in a systemic bank in the UK or Eurosystem • Experience of working on other Boards of high growth companies • Experience of chairing Board sub-committees Compensation range • Vilnius: €5,600 - €5,600 gross monthly* • Lithuania: €5,600 - €5,600 gross monthly* • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process *Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
