Together, we can become the #1 dating app for long-term relationship seekers globally. Coffee Meets Bagel is looking for a passionate, talented, Recruiting Sourcer to help expand our amazing team. This is a part-time contracting position. 5-10 hours a week.

What we're looking for someone who:

• Is excited about the potential of finding that one gem amongst many, to join our team
• Has sourced for tech/mobile positions (not mandatory)
• Has worked closely with a Recruiter or Talent Manager to strategize on ways to filter and find more hidden talent
• Has a decently sized LinkedIn network that will help lead us more directly to great talent
• Has experience interacting with candidates whether it's outreach or scheduling interviews

You'll be successful if you've:

• Had more than 1 year of sourcing experience
• Got excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Worked extensively with LinkedIn for sourcing and/or other capacities
