New Business Lead (SZ)

Position Overview

We are looking for a new business lead to develop and implement the technical product sales strategy of our Shenzhen office. This position requires excellent communication skills, good customer relations and business sensitivity, and cross-department technical sales experience.

We are looking for someone who came from an application/software development background, preferably with experience in Insurance or FS domains. A natural technical leader with strong passion in presenting demos with project experience in (AI, MS Power Apps, Blockchain, Cloud, Data Analytics). Someone who has strong curiosity in trending tech while consulting with clients at all levels.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Formulate the sales strategy of our New Business for HK/Macau/SG/AUS customers.
• Crafting enterprise level solutions, tailored for clients’ needs after gathering and consulting on requirements, producing detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Be responsible for RFP response.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships and implement maintenance work

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related degree
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Distributed Systems. Experience with AWS/Azure, Docker and container technologies is a solid plus.
• Experience with developing applications.
• Experience in project management and people management.
• Has the ability to work independently in a project, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin. Good skill of presentation and demonstration.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Be good at learn new knowledge and time management, self-motivation, teamwork and ownership spirit.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer relationship or past project experiences with premium customers like HKEx, Galaxy, HK Electric, AIA, HSBC, HKJC, UOB, or DBS.
• Has experiences in delivering global/overseas projects.
• MS Power Apps knowledge or other Microsoft products knowledge is a plus
