Candidates will have outstanding partnership and communication skills, possess deep attention to detail, be able to balance multiple priorities, and thrive in the ambiguity that comes with a dynamic Customer Success organization.
Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager of Global Customer Success, this individual is a spreadsheet guru who is excited to dive into large data sets, leveraging them to create reporting and metrics that will drive insights and decision making. You will be intimately involved in metrics reporting, budget vs. actuals analysis, and the monthly close and forecasting cycles for the Professional Services and Education & Enablement teams. This is an outstanding opportunity to learn, develop, and grow your career while owning critical Finance processes and work streams at Splunk.
