Cisco seeks a driven pre-sales Systems Architect to own the engineering engagement with service provider customers in Australia. As a customer focused Systems Architect, you’ll partner with Account Managers to identify customer requirements and apply Cisco’s technology and solutions. This is a highly technical pre-sales position requiring deep knowledge on service provider & data centre technology and a thirst to acquire more.
You will develop technical relationships across the customer organisation and work with the local Cisco sales and services teams to develop appropriate solutions. You will work closely with Cisco’s internal organisations including product business units and Customer Experience to ensure solutions meet customer requirements. To help you, there is a wider team of service provider experts in the team supporting Australian telco customers.
You will have deep technical and communication skills and be comfortable presenting to and interacting at all levels in a large Service Provider. You will be able to identify engagement opportunities and craft Cisco technology strategies to address requirements and support the sales team. Additionally, you will:
