On-Site Customer Technical Solutions Engineer - Wright Patterson AFB

Job Description Looking for a proactive, forward thinking self-starter for a position as the On-site Customer Technical Solutions (CTS) engineer for GXP products at Wright-Patterson AFB. Lead the charge on providing excellent support and solutions to current customers of GXP products and services at this location.
Provide on-site installation, customization, support and training for the GXP Platform and software packages as part the Customer Technical Solutions group. This position will also be a conduit between the customer and the rest of the GXP group.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Required education: A Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years working in software/systems engineering, or technical support, specifically in the geospatial community
• Experience with imagery systems and requirements
• Experience in systems administration of windows based systems and networking
• Experience in providing software technical support
• Experience in leading a team or projects
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience in IC community data stores and being able to configure such data
• Experience with SOM databases and the ability to configure and troubleshoot
• Experience with AI/ML
• Experience in building new IA workflows using GXP WebView
• Ability to federate GXP Xplorer with other GXP Xplorer's
• Provide administrator training on all GXP Products
• Provide basic and advanced user training on all GXP Products
