Associate Scientist, Immunology/In Vivo (VI Next)

Job Description

Our group develops and optimizes Regeneron’s mouse platform technologies producing human antibodies and other alternative antibody-based formats. We are seeking and experienced Associate Scientist to join our team to help with cloning projects as well as in vivo mouse immunization and B cell characterization work.

As an Associate Scientist, a typical day may include:

• Designing and cloning constructs
• Transfection and stable cell line generation
• Culturing of primary immune cells
• Immunization of mice and harvesting of organs
• Analysis of immune cells by multicolor flow cytometry
• Analysis of antibody responses by ELISA/Luminex

This role might be for you if:

To be considered for this opportunity you must possess a MS in molecular biology, immunology, or related fields and 0-5 years of experience in academia or industry. Experience in molecular biology and mouse handling (injections, tissue isolation) is required. Experience in immunology and work with primary immune cells is strongly desired.

Salary Range (annually)

$66,400.00 - $103,800.00
