We are seeking candidates with strong experience in the High-Tech/technology industry, preferably with exposure to the e-commerce industry.

The Senior Legal Counsel will manage a team, and provide ongoing legal advice on diverse, complex, and challenging commercial transactions. You will draft and negotiate various contracts and will also provide advice on any compliance-related issues. You will keep track of the applicable international laws and regulations as well as work and manage external counsels. You will provide legal support to multiple departments, business units, and subsidiaries within the organization, in order to facilitate Fiverr’s day-to-day business.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

What am I going to do?

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize commercial contracts, including marketing collaborations, services agreements, order forms, licenses, and related documents with suppliers, business partners, and customers.
• Coordinate with various teams (Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Security, IT, and others) in commercial contracting matters to support our business, policies, and procedures.
• Create, maintain, and improve standard templates, business processes, and internal policies.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice, and recommendations to various stakeholders on various legal and business issues.
• Ensure business compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Find business-enabling solutions, to facilitate Fiverr’s business worldwide.

Requirements

• A bachelor's law degree from a leading academic faculty, and qualification to practice law in Israel.
• 6-8 years of experience in commercial law from a global high-tech company or a high-tech/commercial department of a leading law firm.
• Managerial experience.
• Significant experience in drafting commercial agreements, and ability to draft, negotiate and finalize agreements independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced business environment and globally distributed teams.
• Multitasking, ability to prioritize tasks, independence.
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and proactiveness.
• English at a native level.
