The Opportunity
To keep up with Mosaic's exciting growth trajectory, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager OR Manager, Salesforce Platform, dependent on experience, to join our Enterprise Business Applications team and take ownership of the design direction and the overall delivery of solutions on the Salesforce platform at Mosaic. This role is responsible for ideating and supporting the overall tech strategy at Mosaic, working collaboratively with business and technology leadership to create and implement a roadmap, and managing a diverse delivery team to deliver value to the business.
Your day-to-day
Forge strong business stakeholder relationships
- Engage with senior business leadership to ideate, scope, and prioritize projects which will support business initiatives
- Understand business environment, product dynamics, and critical business goals & KPIs to support strategic initiatives
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders and other key business contacts to understand business goals and constraints and provide creative solutions to external challenges, exploring and expanding the ‘art of the possible
- Explore and build on Enterprise Data Architecture with a focus on measuring and delivering key business outcomes
- Understand, map, and prioritize Enterprise Capabilities needed to achieve medium and long-term goals
Build, socialize, and refine the Salesforce Roadmap
- Collaboratively build and advocate for a possible future based on maximizing value to the business and its customers using Salesforce and related technology
- Work with technology and business stakeholders to create and realize a technology infrastructure responsive to changing market conditions
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders and other key business contacts to understand business goals and constraints and provide creative solutions to external challenges
- Map current and future requirements to SF OOTB solutions where possible and build out solution frameworks where integration with internal bespoke systems or other platforms are required.
- Engage consultatively with the business to map business processes, data and reporting requirements, and human resources dynamics to understand requirements and provide creative solutions based on Salesforce OOTB capabilities where possible.
Deliver the Roadmap and related initiatives
- Manage and Direct external consultancy and vendor engagements involving key business and tech leaders to deliver the agreed Roadmap.
- Align Projects, Dependencies, and implementation budgets to develop an implementation approach.
- Manage key projects as required.
Managing the Permanent Team
- Lead a hybrid team of internal FTEs, external contractors, and external consultancies to achieve the goals in the SF program Roadmap.
- Provide leadership and direction for FTE Salesforce team
- Provide mentoring and skills coaching for Salesforce team
- Build and refine Jira and other hybrid Agile delivery systems, as well as related ceremonies and processes
What you bring to the team
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Senior Product Owner , or similar role, specifically with the Salesforce.com platform. Consulting experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce's architectural design principles and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce's out-of-the-box capabilities and ability to map business requirements to those capabilities.
- Experience in collaborating with and presenting options to C-suite stakeholders and key business contacts to drive innovative solutions.
- Track record of successful project delivery within Salesforce ecosystem.
- Prior experience with Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, including managing both internal and external team members as well as external consultancies.
- Strong ability to build and present a vision to a broad range of audiences, including senior executives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce, Project Management, and Agile certifications are highly desirable.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Technology.
- Experience with customized ‘off-the-shelf’ technologies; ability to manage vendor relationships and delivery schedules.
Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $145,000-190,000. The position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. In addition, we’re proud to offer a range of competitive benefits.
