This position is part of the Business Solution department (not HR) .

Reporting to the Head of Talent Ops, you will excel at attracting and engaging highly qualified talent for Fiverr’s business clients.

B2B Talent Sourcer is expected to identify creative strategies to source and screen talent, put in place an infrastructure for sourcing at scale, manage communications with new talent, generate insights, come up with ideas for solutions for new talent, lead matching efforts, and support the best possible talent experience.

The B2B Talent Sourcer will need to combine hands-on sourcing work together with long-term biz-dev thinking and execution.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. T his allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

What am I going to do?

• Massive global talent sourcing of high-quality talent for Fiverr’s B2B solutions.
• Identify, reach out to, and attract relevant professionals to drive the strategic growth of Fiverr’s talent community by working closely with the matching team and screening team to figure out the dynamic sourcing priority.
• Developing and tuning a rigorous sourcing strategy designed to identify highly qualified talent in different domains globally.
• Participate in improving the sourcing operations, performance and help build the necessary processes and playbooks.
• Create a stable pipeline and keep it steady over time.
• Manage specific sourcing requests.
• Training new joiners of the team.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by continuously tuning the strategies while consistently delivering results.
• Speed up the total time to acquire.
• Improve the candidate experience.
• Increase talent engagement and retention.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Professional experience in sourcing for a variety of fields mainly in tech.
• Business development experience/orientation - must.
• 3+ years of experience with recruiting tools like Linkedin Corporate, salesforce, etc..
• Native English speaker.
• Willingness to learn different roles and requirements of Fiverr’s clients.
• Relevant soft skills: Communication, creativity, organization, and strategic thinking are a few of the many soft skills that come into play with a talent acquisition manager role. These skills can help managers develop more effective talent acquisition strategies, think outside the box to attract talent and communicate goals and progress.
• Bachelor’s degree
