The role

Will play a key role in providing a highly efficient and proactive support to Geecees across the whole Company in all our locations. This role is instrumental in supporting the People Team and stakeholders within GoCardless.

What excites you

• Provide an exceptional employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle
• Administer People’s processes including performance review, salary reviews and absence management
• Deliver seamless onboarding journey for new hires, from documentation to managing their onboarding sessions
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a proactive problem-solving approach to address employee inquiries
• Provide support to the broader People team, including Payroll, Workplace and Reward teams
• Partner with immigration partners to assist employees with visas
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information in HR systems and personnel files, upholding data integrity at all times

Salary Range: €1275-€1725 monthly (Gross)
