We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Management Group Manager to oversee and improve the operations of our freelance marketplace. The role demands strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics. You will lead a team responsible for managing the supply side of our marketplace, ensuring we have the right quantity and quality of freelancers to meet our client's diverse needs, that these freelancers are well-labeled and presented, and that Fiverr is the platform of choice for any professional freelancer looking to make an income online.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. T his allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

What am I going to do?

• Lead a team of supply managers, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective objectives are met.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and critical thinking to understand marketplace dynamics, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize freelancer acquisition, retention, and performance on our platform.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Data, Product, and Marketing to drive comprehensive growth strategies.
• Ensure the selection of high-quality supplies is available to meet demand.
• Foster strong relationships with our freelance community, understanding their needs and concerns, and making improvements as necessary.
• Regularly report on team performance, market trends, and supply strategies to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, analytical, program management, and business management roles in tech companies, with a record of successful project management and delivery - a must.
• 2+ years of people management experience - a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, engineering, business, or analytical fields. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data analysis tools and SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively with superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Fluent English - a must
• SQL skills - advantage.
• Have the ability to motivate and engage internal stakeholders
• Proactive, impact-driven, and highly motivated.
• Be comfortable getting your hands dirty and delivering. We are a team of doers.
