PSI ALIS/ODIN Technical Solution Lead - Level 5

The selected individual will be the F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Product Support Integrator (PSI) Continuity Lead reporting to the ALIS PSI and Delivery Support Senior Manager. In this role, the candidate will lead the ALIS Sustainment team’s technical interactions with the F-35 Logistics Sustainment Center and the Agile Cells to improve the overall F-35 Fleet Aircraft Availability and Mission Capability rates of the growing F-35 Fleet.
The selected individual will function as the conduit between the Agile Cells, F-35 Logistics Sustainment Center, and the ALIS Action Request (AR) Sustaining Engineering Team. They will also serve internal and external customers within the F-35 Sustainment organizations including Sustaining Engineering, Data Quality Integration Management (DQIM), Supply Chain Management, Sustainment Performance Management Systems, Field Operations, Support Equipment, Training, and others as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinate with the ALIS Architecture and Engineering teams to shape future requirements and design / implementation plans, interface with Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and Hardware Engineering teams, and represent PSI interests at program review boards and events
• Facilitate resolution of technical issues for operational sites, ensure timely closure of Action Requests, guide activities associated with technical debt reduction and fielding of software and hardware updates
• Represents ALIS/ODIN to the user community across all F-35 operational sites, lead internal and external teams through root cause analyses and in developing / implementing corrective action plans
• Lead technical activities associated with proposal development efforts, address Requests for Information (RFI), and select Product Support Providers (PSPs)
• Support PAIR auditing, Sustainment PAIR Release Boards, fleet level status reports
• Perform Engineering Investigations with Chief Engineer’s Office and JPO LST
• Support Lightning Sustainment Center activities
• Supporting new Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contracts through data analysis, baseline contract scope and oversee technical and EVM performance of ALIS PSPs to ensure full compliance with contract requirements
• Lead ALIS PSI Risk and Opportunity management activities
• Identify and implement improvements to program policies, plans, and processes
• Develop and maintain scorecards, metrics, dashboards, and other briefings / status reporting products
The selected candidate must exhibit proven communication, leadership, and day-to-day management skills in a high-tempo, rapidly changing, military program environment. The selected candidate will interact regularly with JSF Program Office (JPO), Lockheed Martin site directors/managers, and Warfighter/service leadership and must have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain constructive customer relationships. The selected individual will interface with functional leaders within the engineering organization to influence ALIS/ODIN product maturation, facilitate resolution of complex problems, and maintain accurate staffing forecasts / timely assignment of qualified personnel.
The selected candidate will have a direct relationship with the customer and will frequently engage with various program stakeholders across the F-35 enterprise. The position may require some travel to enterprise, LM, and F-35 facilities / customer sites. Candidate must be willing and able to travel to OCONUS and CONUS locations on short notice and for potentially extended periods to meet mission
requirements. Due to the global support footprint of the team, this candidate will be required to flex his/her work schedule at times to support the mission.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.
• Previous F-35 ALIS experience
• Ability to collaborate with and integrate multifunctional teams
• At least 10 years experience leading a large project and/or team in a diverse virtual team environment
• Working knowledge of fifth generation fighter jet sortie generation lifecycle maintenance, supply, and mission planning/debrief processes
• Experience managing customer relationships (Program Office / External Customers) with proven communication skills to all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate Full Spectrum Leader (FSL) behaviors
Desired Skills:
• Systems engineering experience with major Information Technology development program
• System Integration expertise with the full software life cycle for flight, ground, database, and software development
• Prior functional management experience
• Working knowledge of fifth generation fighter jet sortie generation lifecycle maintenance, supply, and mission planning/debrief processes
• Prior experience working closely with international customers and contracts
• Experienced Risk and Opportunities Manager
• Experience establishing Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract baseline governed by comprehensive Engineering metrics

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
