Responsibilities:

  • First impressions manager - you are the first person customers and guests will see!
  • Take care of the brand new Customer Experience Center as the Guest Ambassador. Greet guests and ensure they are escorted to their meetings.
  • Manage CEC supplies & inventory checklist. Keep track of CEC related expenses and timely vendor payment.
  • Take genuine care and responsibility for the entire workplace. You are responsible for keeping the entire office maintained and ready for use at all times.
  • Oversee internal requests for office and building maintenance. Help to ensure all building and maintenance practices, procedures, regulations, health orders etc. are followed by employees, customers and guests.
  • Manage food and beverage programs, which includes coordinating daily lunch, tracking inventory, and budget.
  • Conduct space and occupancy audits to maintain accurate reporting information of seating charts, employee locations, space designations, and usage of space.
  • Demonstrate ability to make independent decisions in prioritizing requests and organizing work.
  • Able to work independently and effectively within a team environment, assuming responsibility without direct supervision.
  • Assist with internal communication. Develop content and draft Workplace communications for approval. Ensure timely distribution of all communications.
  • Assist with planning and executing office-wide events and meetings, in addition to Workplace-sponsored initiatives, such as happy hours, holiday parties, etc.
  • Coordinate directly with IT to support office needs and requests and collaborate on new hire onboarding processes.
  • Ensure an enjoyable, safe, supportive and collaborative place to work and visit for employees, customers, and guests.
  • Run errands as needed.
  • Special event planning/logistics support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

  • 3-4 years of workplace, hospitality or customer service experience in real estate & facility management.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Positive attitude and a team player is a must.
  • Professional at all times - a great first impression for the company.
  • Self-sufficient and all-round go-getter with a strong work ethic.
  • Great communication skills and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle interruptions with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English.
  • Assist the Global Design and Build team with local projects.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with all office-related vendors to ensure they are meeting Snowflake standards and manage all vendor communication and logistical planning.
  • Highly organized and responsive.
  • Exceptional time management.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible in working outside of business hours.
  • Ambition to develop/grow to a higher position.
