www.tessian.com . We‘re looking for a Staff Engineer to join one of the key teams powering Tessian services, protecting our customers from the full spectrum of inbound email attacks. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to deliver:
Responsibilities: Engage with the world of Python 3 and AWS, architecting robust distributed systems designed to manage immense volumes of data with exceptional speed. Collaborate across various functions, harnessing team synergy to deliver premium solutions and outcomes for our esteemed customers. Cultivate a supportive environment by providing thoughtful, actionable feedback, fostering growth and development among team members. Embrace the responsibility of maintaining and supporting our essential business systems, always mindful of the interplay between scale, latency, and cost. Take on the complex task of processing highly sensitive data, a challenge that will refine your skills in data security and handling.
Qualifications: You will bringing experience of working at scale, and having seen and solved diverse technical challenges in your career A product focus: you understand deeply how customers and the wider org are impacted by your decisions, and the work of those you influence Someone who is able to “see around corners” and proactively identify problems before they slow us down An excellent communicator, able to empathetically communicate and constructively challenge in both technical and non-technical contexts to a diverse audience If you're not sure that you exactly fit all of the above criteria, please do get in touch anyway.
