Scope of work - The primary focus of the role is to contribute to the enterprise's transformation using generative AI technologies. Engage in advanced research and experimentation with cutting-edge technologies in the field of generative AI and develop custom applications using gen AI to solve complex business problems. Work on proprietary data formats, analyze data, and fine-tune models for specific use cases, such as code review and customer-facing sux`pport models.

The MTS- AI/ML Engineer will lead our generative AI initiatives, requiring an exceptional depth of knowledge in AI/ML, software development, and team leadership.

• Lead development of cutting-edge GenAI solutions, exploring advanced AI models such as GPT-4, AlphaFold, and proprietary generative models.
• Architect robust AI systems, integrating with enterprise IT infrastructure using cloud services and data engineering tools like Apache Kafka, Spark, and Airflow.
• Guide technical project direction, adopting Agile methodologies, TDD, and scalable architecture design.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, promoting a culture of innovation.
• Liaise with stakeholders to translate AI/ML concepts into business strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

• Extensive experience in AI/ML technologies and software development.
• Expertise in Python, Java, Scala, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and model deployment tools.
• Proficiency in cloud architectures, data engineering, and security practices in AI.
• Leadership skills in managing technical teams and driving innovation.
