What you'll do

• Lead talent acquisition efforts, managing recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring plans
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution
• Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards
• Maintain personnel records and internal database
  

Your background

• 3+ years of experience in HR management, talent acquisition, and employee relations
• Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment and sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle information and data with confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Experience working for an international, remote-first company is a plus
