About the role As a Senior Agile Business Analyst, you work within the Agile team and act as a Proxy for the Product Owners. You are responsible of bridging the gaps between the Agile teams, the business owners and the SMEs. You focus your attention on documenting and creating measurable artifacts for the Product Owners, to be delivered to either the business or the Agile teams. You are a key person across the project Agile framework and have unique responsibilities across each stage of the Programme Increment (PI).
What will you be doing? - You engage with stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements,
- You break down the requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams, etc.,
- You analyse complex business and/or technical processes, and create clarity by providing clear documentation and requirements,
- You challenge stakeholders and business owners on the added value of the requirements, always asking 'Why'. You are not afraid to say no if the situation calls for it,
- Together with the UX and UI Designers, you refine the wireframes and designs. You also work closely with our Solution Architects,
- Once the development phase has started, you work with the team acting as a Product Owner for our clients,
- As you want to deliver high-quality products, you work closely with our QA engineers.
What does it take to excel in this role? - A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar client-facing role,
- Significant experience in gathering, eliciting, and documenting business and functional requirements using Agile project principles and methodologies such as JIRA/Confluence,
- Experience working in an Agile team with the opportunity to lead Agile meetings and act as a Product Owner when needed,
- Experience working with international clients and development teams,
- Experience with api and technical flow analysis,
- Experience delivering customer facing mobile or web solutions,
- Understanding of human centric UX and design principles,
- Understanding of analytics tools,
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate on all levels.

- The position is located at the client’s office, in Bradford. We expect you to be 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
