Hi, I'm Mamun - Site Reliability Engineering Manager. Customer.io is looking for a collaborative Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who loves solving interesting puzzles and is excited to help us build out a scalable, reliable platform that our customers love. The successful candidate should also be able work independently when needed and be able to lead other SREs.

The other members of our site reliability team have backgrounds in a wide variety of industries, from Telecom to Gaming, with 10 - 20 years of experience in DevOps. Our mission at Customer.io is to power automated communication that people like to receive. Today over 7,600 internet businesses use Customer.io to manage, send, and track the performance of emails, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages. Unlike typical marketing platforms, Customer.io helps businesses increase relevance by using behavioral data: what people do or don’t do when logged in to a web or mobile app.
We are offering a starting salary of $160,000 - $180,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
