Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Drive growth and retention within a dedicated customer portfolio, identifying opportunities, and promoting tailored solutions
• Proactively and accurately communicate shipment updates, adopting a customer-centric approach
• Analyze customer inquiries, delivering timely and insightful updates to enhance customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and implement proactive measures
• Respond to customer needs promptly, demonstrating a sense of urgency for an excellent customer experience
• Utilize C.H. Robinson’s global technology platform, Navisphere, to generate reports, analyze load data, and consistently exceed customer expectations
• Network internally with Account Management, Operations, and Capacity teams to foster collaborative and streamlined operations
• Mentor team members to foster continuous learning, development, and collaboration, contributing to overall team success and growth

You’re a great fit if you have:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous Customer Engagement Experience
• Ability to travel up to 5% (domestically)
