Responsibilities
The CRSO is a central office of Seattle Children’s Research Insitute (SCRI) responsible for oversight of clinical trial start-up functions of budgeting, coverage analysis, and research billing compliance in coordination with Hospital Revenue Cycle and Compliance. The CRSO is the operational owner of a number of enterprise level research applications, such as the OnCore Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS), eReg, Payments, ClinCard, and Epic (research study records and billing PRLs).
The CRSO is looking for a CTMS Operations Specialist who is responsible for activities that ensure data accuracy integrity in the CTMS, with a focus in oncology protocols. The CTMS Operations Specialist is also responsible for day-to-day oncology start-up operations by effectively monitoring requests and study submissions. The Specialist will work closely with CRSO supervisors and Oncology clinical research operation teams to establish business rhythms for triaging tickets, developing metrics, tracking progress, and measuring outcomes against established goals. Complete other CTMS duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of research coordinator experience.
- Experience in continuous process improvement.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in EDCs or databases.
Preferred:
- Oncology clinical research experience.
- CCRA certification or equivalent.
- Database management skills.
- REDCap experience.
- CTMS experience.
- Pediatric research experience.
- Understanding in the clinical, regulatory, contratual, and budgetary administration of industry-sponsored trials.
Min to Max Hourly Salary
$33.41 - $50.11 /hr
Min to Max Annual Salary
$69,492.80 - $104,228.80 /yr
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children’s offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
