- Use judgment to build consensus to drive projects, schedules, plans, execution, and to communicate status to the stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers and Finance teams to deliver high quality products through to production.
You should possess the following qualifications: - BS or equivalent work experience in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (an MS is a plus).
- Minimum 7 years of experience required; 7 - 15 years of experience preferred in Technical Program Management.

- Proven track record of independently managing larger programs (20+ engineers) with longer time horizons (1 year or longer duration) and high business impact.
- Considered an expert in the TPM domain and can clearly articulate the roles and responsibilities of the TPM. Prior experience developing and implementing TPM best practices is a plus.
- Strong technical depth in the Software domain with the ability to articulate technical architecture and demonstrated history of facilitating technical discussions. Ability to identify and propose new technical solutions in conjunction with Engineering.
- Experience managing a portfolio of projects/programs across an organization (including cross-engineering dependencies). Experience using portfolio management tools is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to “translate“ sophisticated concepts into business friendly language and experience navigating relationships across varying stakeholders and levels of seniority.
You will enjoy the following benefits: - Core Benefits: Fully paid medical and dental insurance premiums for employees and dependents, 401k match, employer-paid life & disability insurance
- Perks: Onsite gyms with laundry service, wellness activities, casual dress, snacks, game rooms
