Job Description
ABOUT THE TEAM The Analytical Operations team is responsible for progressing, standardizing and fortifying Basis' analytical capabilities by providing guidance and support to Basis' client facing teams throughout the country. This team is charged with improving existing analytical processes and formulating new strategies to bring data and analytics into the forefront of Basis' day-to-day offering. We work closely with teams throughout the country and are often called upon to provide analytical expertise in client meetings, presentations, and pitches.
WAYS YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
- Assisting in driving the adoption, rollout and evolution of data vendors, and act as subject matter expert
- Leading internal and external conversations about analytical capabilities
- Providing support and assisting Basis' client facing teams & clients
- Assisting in the management of Basis' data visualization tool
- Developing new processes and procedures to support Basis' analytical capabilities
- Aiding in driving implementation of existing analytical processes and procedures
- Mentoring junior member(s) of the Analytical Operations team
- Working closely with members of the technology team to drive and operationalize analytical solutions
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 2+ years of Marketing, Advertising, or Analytics experience
- Strong independent thinking
- Proven communication skills
- Proven organization skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and be a team player
- Adaptable/Flexible
- Enjoys fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) and some data visualization tool
- Interest in SQL and querying databases; basic experience with a desire to grow is preferred
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Datorama or Tableau
- Experience with digital ad platforms (Google Campaign Manager, Google Adwords, Meta, and others)
- Experience with Power Automate and other tools in Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
$57,165 - $92,082 a year Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual salary is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
