We are looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to take our product to the next level, create a huge impact across the company and our customers.

As a Manual Q/A Engineer Senior II, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and driving the quality assurance efforts to ensure that software products meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Shaping the QA strategy, implementing customer-centric testing methodologies, and ensuring that QA process aligns with customer needs.
• Empowering the QA team to deliver high-quality software solutions that delight customers.through effective leadership and collaboration.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or its equivalent
• Have at least 1 year of customer facing experience
• Have knowledge of networking protocols and security practices as well as Python/Javascript scriptin
• Have experience with Windows/Linux
• Have a deep understanding of customer-centric software development principles and practices.
• Experience in a customer facing role (support/professional services/success
• Have solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
• Possess familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
