This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Aveda Lifestyle Salon & Spa. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Front of House Retail Advisor to join our friendly salon team. You will be working in a premium hairdressing salon providing an exceptional, high touch customer experience to our guests.
Duties include greeting guests and providing inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service as part of the Aveda Guest journey making product recommendations and achieving service and retail targets. Front of house duties include the checking in and out of guests, taking payments and guest bookings, and ensuring the smooth running of appointments. This is a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone with a passion for hair and beauty who loves working with people.
