The Opportunity

As a SuccessFactors LMS Analyst you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the organization's digital learning platforms to facilitate employee training and development. This role involves supporting the LMS platform's functionality, user experience, and performance to ensure it aligns with the organization's learning objectives and technological standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, define project scope and provide work effort required.
  • Manage configuration of the SuccessFactors (SaaS) LMS platform, BizX, APIs and integrations with other systems.
  • Act as Change Manager (in ServiceNow) for all configuration changes in the LMS platform
  • Meet with SAP regularly to stay updated on the roadmap, learn about any specifics relating to the platform and prepare for new features and to escalate issues and push for resolutions.
  • Lead the evaluation of SAP SuccessFactors release documentation to understand impact to Takeda and business as well as provide consultative recommendations for release strategy.
  • Test SuccessFactors config changes, integration changes, reporting changes, release changes, etc.
  • Supporting and understanding integrations to/from SuccessFactors LMS (i.e. Workday, EDB, Edcast LXP)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues related to LMS platform not in scope of UAMS team.
  • Lead and actively participate in projects and initiatives aimed at developing the Takeda LMS and Learning platforms.
  • Manage other technologies within Learning function that support the LMS (ServiceNow LMS Request forms, BOTs, etc.)
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data security and compliance.
  • Monitor platform usage, analyze data insights, and implement improvements to enhance user engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with data security regulations and industry standards in managing the learning platform.
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to users on utilizing the platform effectively.
  • Provide SME SuccessFactors LMS Support for Audits.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the LMS platform.
  • SuccessFactors LMS Subject Matter Expert to stakeholders providing expertise to help stakeholders better understand the LMS, it’s capabilities and limitations.
  • Manage and mentor outsourced provider team who are also supporting the LMS

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with LMS technology and related technologies such as HRIS, reporting and analytics tools
  • 2-5 years SAP SuccessFactors LMS Experience
  • Strong leadership, and Face-to-Face interpersonal skills, Strong interest in collaborative work with customers. Requires ability to successfully facilitate and lead meetings across functional teams.
  • Strong system analytical skills for determining best integration solutions and for issue resolutions.
  • Expert in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent meeting facilitation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong project management skills outlining and capturing overall tasks (relevant to DD&T) required during a project.
  • Experience working in global teams including outsourced providers.
  • Knowledge of e-learning standards and technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing tool as well as JIRA.
  • Previous experience in software selection
  • Experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).

Salary

As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 2800 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
