In this role you will build the Multi-brand Route-To-Market (RTM) strategy with its Country Leader and your team. This senior leadership role will drive Apple’s comprehensive strategy, sales, and expansion plans across all Multi-brand channels, including General Trade, Wireless Chains, and Large Format Retail. The position demands a transformational leader responsible for crafting and driving a robust growth strategy, managing a large team, and delivering against aggressive sales targets across all Lines of Business (LOBs). The role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and the ability to lead high-impact initiatives across diverse channels. Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to build plans and programs that scale the business and drive the adoption of the Apple ecosystem by delivering amazing customer experiences.

Description Strategic Leadership: Working closely with the Country leader, architect and lead the multi-brand channel strategy across India, aligning with Apple's broader business objectives. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans, ensuring seamless alignment with Apple’s overarching business goals. You mobilize resources for growth and delivery to drive sales activity and share status and progress with the partner and relevant Apple teams. Cross-Channel Leadership: Lead and inspire a large, diverse team, driving performance and engagement across all channels. Partner Management: Foster and deepen strategic relationships with key partners, driving negotiation and investment strategies to increase revenue and market share. Performance Metrics: Establish and supervise key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with Apple program investments and getting results. You are encouraged to own and be proficient in the details of your RTM’s performance and its financials, which allows you to drive high-quality outcomes.

- You bring 20+ years (or more) of experience leading a Channel sales organization.
- Proven experience in leading a solutions-selling organization that balanced delivering on long and short-term goals, while crafting sustainable value for new customers and demand for the future.
- Experience building strong and productive relationships with strategic partners and ensuring the partnerships are driving top-line revenue growth.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience or equivalent education.

- Have a consistent track record in driving large-scale sales strategies, with the ability to identify trends and leverage data to inform strategic decisions. You have extensive experience in high-level partnerships, with a demonstrated ability to engage with senior executives and influence key partners.
