What You’ll Do
You will ensure all projects are delivered comprehensively, completely, on time, and within budget. Maintain budget for assigned programs and projects and collaborate closely with the Global Head of PMO by providing monthly budget forecasts and reconciling invoices. You will also Partner with Procurement and Vendor Management to create and execute NDAs/Contracts/Statements of Work/Change Orders, to monitor and renegotiate upon expiration of those documents.
You will be responsible for
- Maintain budget for assigned programs and projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Head of PMO by providing monthly budget forecasts and reconciling invoices.
- Partner with Procurement and Vendor Management to create and execute NDAs/Contracts/Statements of Work/Change Orders, to monitor and renegotiate upon expiration of those documents.
- Creates and coordinates communication with stakeholders and assists with stakeholder management.
- Tracks key project milestones and manages project plans, budgets, and/or resources to meet the needs of stakeholders based on agreed requirements and scope, using defined change control processes.
- Ensures project documents are complete and stored appropriately.
- Collaborate with Projects/Governance Teams to kick off new projects, submit project documentation, and report project status.
- Identifies resource needs and ensures resources are accountable and delivering against their project commitments.
- Performs quality reviews and follows quality assurance procedures.
- Manage project risk exposure and appropriately escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues.
- Directs and monitors work efforts daily & selects appropriate work procedures and approaches to address technical/functional, process, and/or people challenges.
- Provides input and executes against strategy, budget, portfolio, and long-range planning.
- Develop and maintain project plans. Report accomplishments and identify and manage risks.
- Assist various ECR groups with developing business cases.
- Assist the Global Head of PMO in establishing and documenting ECR PMO processes and procedures, including adoption of Agile practices and overall transformation.
- Participate in collecting requirements and developing ECR reports and metrics.
QualificationsWho You Are
- Must have 5+ years supporting global IT teams, projects/programs, working at various levels.
- Prior exposure to budget management including forecasting, planning, financial reporting, resource tracking, invoice reconciliation, etc. is preferred.
- Project management experience, including the ability to drive projects as needed by creating and maintaining project plans, leading project meetings, assisting project teams to document business cases, creating project metrics and reports, and developing/managing roadmaps.
- Experience with the Application Lifecycle (SDLC) core aspects on several platforms.
- Knowledge of project planning methodologies, tools, IT standards/guidelines, project management concepts, practices, and techniques, including experience using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
- Experience in managing relationships and deliverables across global IT and business organizations.
- Experience managing projects/programs in Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Risk organizations is highly desirable.
- Experience in Scrum Master/Product Owner roles is preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Project Plan and Jira/Confluence tools is preferred.
