Job Description

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) / Client's office 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide production support for mainframe and DB2 systems
• Manage and implement change management processes
• Track and manage incidents to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support banking and finance operations
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to support diverse stakeholders
• Utilize Windows and Java environments for various support tasks
• Adapt to changing on-site requirements and maintain flexibility in work schedule

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Previous Production Support experience
• Proficiency in Mainframe and DB2
• Experience in Change Management
• Proficiency in Incident Tracking/Management
• Knowledge of the Banking/Finance domain
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Familiarity with Windows and Java environments
