• Work 5 days a week from the office at 250 Yonge Street Toronto
• Available to work a schedule of 8.00-17.00 Monday to Friday (40 hours), punctuality is required.
• The Receptionist will receive visitors (Clients, CGI Partners and Vendor-Alliance Partners) at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Duties will also include assisting CGI managing security sign-in process, receiving and sorting daily mail and office logistics (including kitchen maintenance, managing meeting room bookings/conflicts, setting up display for customer visits and coordination of these visits etc.)
• Provide guidance on office conferencing equipment and assist in resolving issues
• Assist with catering orders
• Answer main office line and direct calls as required
• Support Health and Safety activities
• Accepting courier packages and distribution
• Assist with shipping packages as required
• 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly as a receptionist or in a job related to customer service
• Familiar with video conferencing calls/equipment, MS teams meetings, printer support
• Teams Telephone inquiries and redirect as required
• Strong sense of organization and priorities
• Good command of Microsoft® Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Outlook calendar
• Minimum education required High School diploma or related experience
• Standard First Aid Certification an asset
