For our client projects, we are looking for passionate and creative Architects to strengthen our well-established Dynamics 365 CRM practice in Quebec, offering numerous exciting opportunities.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Architect at CGI, you will have the opportunity to:
- Design Robust Architectures: Develop architectural solutions tailored to client needs using Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring integration with other systems.
- Lead Projects: Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization phases of solutions, collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and Recommend: Analyze clients' business and technology needs, providing strategic recommendations for process optimization and best practice adoption.
- Mentor and Train: Support and train technical and functional teams on new solutions and technologies, while promoting knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Ensure Quality: Develop quality standards for implemented solutions, overseeing testing and system validation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Technology Enthusiasts: Motivated by technical challenges and innovation, with significant experience in Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture.
- Proactive: Able to take initiative and solve complex problems while working collaboratively with agile teams.
- Communicators: Proficient in French or English, with strong oral communication skills.
- Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
-- Minimum of 8 years of experience in solution architecture with Dynamics 365 CRM.
-- Expertise in system integration and knowledge of related technologies (C#, Azure, etc.).
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work for any employer in Canada.
Assets:
- Microsoft Certifications: PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, MB-260, or equivalents.
- Bilingualism is a plus.
