As a member of the Products & Regulatory Legal Group, you will work closely with Apple’s engineering, operations, government affairs and marketing teams, as well as with other teams in Apple Legal. With passion, dedication, and a desire to tackle challenges, you will play a crucial role as we provide the legal support needed for Apple to continue to build cutting-edge technologies.

Description

Description You will join a team of attorneys in the Products & Regulatory Legal Group who advise Apple’s engineering, business and government affairs teams on complex regulatory issues. You will analyze the applicability of a broad range of regulations in the EMEIA region to various Apple products and services, including new legislative initiatives and proposed policies. You will coordinate, and in some cases drive, the engagement with regulatory authorities in various technology areas. The work requires outside-the-box thinking, versatility, and creative approaches to legal issues. You will collaborate with other legal groups, Apple government affairs and cross-functional business and engineering teams. You will also advise Apple management on risk allocation/mitigation, business strategies, and policies. Location can be discussed.

• 5-8+ years of experience on regulatory matters, such as digital regulations, finance/payment regulations, media regulations, at major law firm, in-house or regulatory authority.
